If this company is referred to you by an insurance company, make sure you don't have any medical conditions that cause your home to have a mess. This company does not have empathy or compassion even when you express the embarrassment of the state of your home. I expressed my embarrassment and explained my medical conditions when it wasn't necessary. I was vulnerable and honest. I didn't plan for a reconstruction project. So I apologize my disabilities didn't line up with your services. But you all could work on your communications with customers. Instead of making them MORE ASHAMED when they've already expressed embarrassment and shame in and unexpected emergency. Harper's Special Services was the preferred company from my insurance company. They came in tore up a portion of my flooring on my first floor and my second floor, cut into my wall for water mitigation and then the young man working with me went on vacation, I selected flooring, eventually he was telling me what the plans were while they already decided that they were not going to return to my home to finish the project. This is after I had paid then my deposit it $2000 and they bought the materials. The manager emailed

As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless. A special thank you to Scott, Chuck, and Anthony for their professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected. They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect. We’re very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. She was both professional and personable, which made the entire process so smooth. She was always attentive, available, and treated our home with the utmost care. She also had a fantastic team that she managed so well! We’re really happy with the new work that was done, and we’d definitely recommend Harper Special Services to anyone, especially Kaely Duckworth she is the best.

We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why. From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls. We especially want to recognize General Contractor Kaely Duckworth, who checked in with us almost daily and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. Project Manager Bernardo was also fantastic. He stayed on top of the work, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained clear communication throughout the project. This
